Report a Concern — Women Against Rape (WAR)

This form allows anyone — staff, volunteers, Board members, partners, community members, or members of the public — to report suspected wrongdoing connected to Women Against Rape or its work. This includes fraud or misuse of funds, abuse of power, safeguarding concerns, harassment, discrimination, and breaches of WAR policies or Botswana law.

You may report anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, we will not ask who you are and no attempt will be made to identify you. Every report is recorded in a secure register, risk-assessed within 48 hours, and investigated under WAR's Whistleblowing Policy. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Witnesses or evidence Anyone who saw what happened, or documents, messages, or records that could support the report. Do not attach files here — you can deliver copies to the locked drop box at the WAR office, Plot 517, Moeti Road, Maun.

A few final questions I have also reported this concern somewhere else (for example to the Police, DCEC, or a donor). I am worried about retaliation for making this report. I am making this report honestly and in good faith, based on what I know or reasonably believe. (required)
